About her
MENSA tested & accepted as a child, I attended private & boarding schools then the University of Oxford, reading English Literature & Language. Whilst at Oxford, I was tutored by the Director of Music at Somerville College who wanted me to also be tutored by a répétiteur at the Royal Opera House. I play the flute & I’m self-taught on the piano.
I left Oxford to pursue my passion for Dance in London where I learnt technique to return to Leicester where my tutor wanted me to take over his studio. I also took up Bikram yoga which I would practise 7 days a week. Whilst in London, I fell into Recruitment - the pace of which I relished - & continued pursuing this away from my original hope of being a dance studio owner in Leicester.
In 2018, I was diagnosed with Schizo-Affective Disorder which left me unable to work &, for which, I am on medication to ease the symptoms. I have gained a significant amount of weight as the result of the medication I am on which has left me unable to row competitively or horse ride, for example. However, I am an optimist & I try to look on the bright side of this disorder. I now spend my days cultivating my bijou home & garden in Leicester which keep me busy. This year, 2024, I want to quit smoking & begin the healthy journey towards weight loss & mindful living. My first target is for a cruise of the Mediterranean in March, which I will be journaling on social media.
A happy go lucky ENFJ, I’m an old soul with a young heart. I enjoy a wide spectrum of hobbies which I’ve included below. I’m fond of debate, whether with friends at a hosted dinner party or a tête-à-tête beside a roaring fire & a bottle of wine. I enjoy reading, of course. I also enjoy theology & spirituality. I am a huge fan of the Arts, & regularly attend concerts, exhibitions or gigs. Art brings out the best in life, I feel, & I like to savour these memories. Most of all, I love laughter, & those for whom life seems but a content sojourn.

My ideal match? Gosh.. that’s a tricky one. Previously, I haven’t dated one specific type &, usually, I don’t like to box myself in. I’ll give it a whirl though!
You would have an appreciation of the Arts, nature & animals; possibly owning a dog or some horses. I like a man who has effortless style, a fondness for eccentricity in dress sense (I adore men who wear pink for example), so someone who wears his personality confidently. You’ll be well-read, & thoughtful about the important questions of life: who we are, why we are here & what is our ultimate purpose? You’ll enjoy going out to events as well as staying in to cook, bake, garden & relax in the environment we have created.

Sarah is a unique individual who will in my opinion, add real quality to your life! She is highly intelligent, a great loyal friend, conversation maker and someone who can fit into any social scenario with ease and make other people feel relaxed and special. She has the ability to speak to anyone and engage in debate on such an eclectic range of topics all whilst being her own authentic self with a charm and refreshing openness.
She's incredibly warm, funny, loyal and easygoing. She's beautiful and intellectually stimulating with a vast knowledge. She's a real jewel for the right person and they will have immense fun, whilst being stimulated and feeling supported. She has an easygoing approach to life and all that it brings but is at the same time discerning and clear and passionate about the things and people she loves. She's also a great listener and a wise soul. She's great to relax with and spend some downtime. Things that make her tick are as numerous and eclectic as her interests. However, a fantastic sense of humour is fundamental along with the ability to have a (passionate) debate. Her interests in arts, food, literature, politics and totally random topics means she's always got a great take on something. Lots of funny moments, but the ability to sing out of tune really well (especially when she can actually sing), with those of us who love music but are tone deaf! That's a real skill - generous to boot when the other person is killing her favourite tracks be it in the car or karaoke!
