About him
I'm a faithful person who's loyal to the one I love. A bubbly character determined to see the glass half full, wherever possible. I'm a midnight baby born on the Taurus-Gemini cusp. I have love to give and share with the right person.
I'm a secondary school teacher blessed with the role of shaping future generations. Challenging at times but the rewards outweigh the stresses and strains of teaching. I'm passionate about education, and equality, for the marginalised in society.
I've been teetotal all my life much to my Dad's dismay.
I would prefer my partner to be a teetotal or an occasional drinker.
I'm deeply into my music. Originally a soul-boy, rare groove and hip-hop head. Favourite rapper Rakim (for those in the know). Over time I've matured into someone with an eclectic taste in music ranging from classical to hard rock. I like discovering old & new artists then watching these bands or singers live. Be prepared to hit a club, once in a while.
I've been a diehard Manchester City fan since primary school. I'm not a gloryboy, as i supported when they slipped into Division 2.
I love film and treasure my membership of several independent cinemas especially Broadway in Nottingham. World cinema and documentaries are my favourites, although I am like blockbusters and action hero films too. Going to an afternoon screening is one of my guilty pleasures, You're going to have to work out the rest, in time!
What did you learn or discover about yourself during and after the recent pandemic?
It re-kindled my interest and appreciation of nature, and photography, albeit with a simple iPhone!
It affirmed my desire to discover and experience other cultures hence travel in UK city /& countryside and further afield.
I enjoyed Nice Carnival & Menton Lemon Festival recently and plan to go to Basque region in Spain during summer.
It's not all go Go GO!
I like to meditate and practice yoga. I keep in shape via fitness classes and Saturday Zumba sessions.

How do you balance work, rest and play?
I'm looking for a healthy fit woman striving to sustain a good
work-life balance.
She must have a good sense of humour and be able to exercise patience in trying times. Able to spot our quirks, laugh at themselves and me, yet forgiving.
They must be open-minded and keen to travel & experience different cultures. I'm not into the ' finer things in life' mindset, having said that we're not going to slum it, but you have to be pragmatic at times!
Our relationship will work if we have mutual trust and respect for each other, and; provide mutual support for the best side of each other to shine through.
