iHello I am.a caring considerate lady looking for a kind, caring, honest, knight in shining armour. He must like animals, especially dogs, as I have a collie/poodle cross. I have done quite a bit of travelling, mostly in Europe. But I also like to travel in the UK. I like city breaks, breaks in the countryside, especially the Cotswolds and the Lake District. My friends would say, I'm a great conversationalist, good listener and a great cook. I like gardening, walking especially with a great pub or nice cafe at the end of a walk. For relaxing, I like to read or swim. I'm fun to be around. and love having friends and family for relaxed fun meals. I've lived abroad in France for 5 years. On my bucket list amongst other things is a trip to New York and a Riverboat cruise.
I like classic music, but also mellow rock and some pop too. I'm a big fan of Radio 4 as well as Radio 2. I watch minimal TV but do like to watch a good film especially on a winter evening with a log burning fire and flickering candle light.
I'm not a big fan of extensive messaging, I much prefer a phone call or a meet up for a coffee or tea. I'm happy to travel if the chemistry is right.
