Tall, slim, fit, very healthy. I am warmhearted, I like meeting people. I am sometimes quite chatty and full of conversation both serious and light hearted fun, laughter, and sometimes I just enjoy being quiet in the company of others, a lovely companion. I am sensitive and caring, chivalrous, emotionally open, confident. I am really quite tactile. People see me as being a strong person, but I have vulnerabilties. I can be quite adventurous and passionate.
I love music, classical and selections of contemporary from rock to pop, jazz, world. I enjoy going to exhibitions, opera, ballet, reading novels and non fiction books.
I love the great outdoors. I am very much an active participant there. I really enjoy activities such as hiking in the hills, walking in the countryside, cycling, sailing, skiing, swimming, yoga. I am very happy to try new activities. I have travelled quite a bit, would like to do more.
I have worked in the energy industry in my career. I have been owner and MD of a business I was part of starting after a couple of decades in the corporate world. I'm nearly retired now.

I feel hesitant to do this, so many different things could describe a wonderful partner.
What would really make a really fun loving relationship with me, I think, is with someone with self confidence and energy; someone very slim, as I am, physically fit with overlapping activity interests; someone elegant and free spirited, enjoys meeting people, enjoys outdoor activity and exercise; warm sun on your skin, a walk on a cold frosty morning, skiing, a sail, or in the mountains and coast paths, in summer. But then also relishing many quiet days at home together, a film in front of a log fire; someone who loves a wide variety of music, the physical and emotional beauty of live opera and ballet and other arts; probably someone also a bit intellectual, discussing the issues of the day.
As well as enjoying activities together it would be great to bond emotionally and physically. Someone similarly tactile and sensual, being intimate through from holding hands to exploring making love together as an emotional thing as well as physical.
